Song writer Ron Dohanetz burst onto the music scene in 2006 as an artist and one half of pop duo "Jenna & Ron" signed to Sony Music Munich. After competing in the popular Bundesvision Song Contest on German Television station Pro 7, the band finished a respectable fifth representing their home state of "Sachsen-Anhalt" and followed up with a Top 40 entry in 2007 with their debut album.

After parting ways, Ron actively pursued a career as a writer winning a national song writers competition and writing the theme song to the Berlin Eisbaeren Ice Hockey Team, played at all home games at the o2 Arena. In 2009 he signed with 25 Media and Universal Music Publishing and is today an active pop and rock writer. Currently collaborating with The Beatgees Studio in Berlin, Ron's future as a hit writer is all but assured.

Ron wrote this year for German teen pop star Jimi Blue and Daniel Schuhmacher (Pop Idol 2009 Germany) and also wrote the song for the new "Audi A1" presentation in Switzerland, which will also be released as a single. Currently working with Berlin band "Consin", Ron will be in New York co-writing throughout October 2010.
